We have upgraded our Credit Card porcessing software (STRIPE).

Some customers have gotten the following error:
Remote Transaction Failure. Please Contact Support

If you see this, to correct it:

  1. Go to your Client Area
  2. Go to Manage Credit Card
  3. re-enter the Credit Card information (it will be the same unless you have a new card)
If this doesn't fix the error, please put in a support ticket and we will manually fix it.
