This is for everyone that was complaining about us changing SC7 again after a few weeks on CloudSouth in Florida...they went down again today for 8 hours. We made the right decision.

At approximately 5 pm eastern standard time , our utility went down due to a violent thunder and lightning storm. Our facilities were moved to generator power. While on back up power one of our core routers was impacted due to voltage fluctuations, forcing network traffic to our other routers. This has constrained capacity which has impacted some network connectivity. Additionally in the process of going from and to back up generator some servers were forced to restart which further impacted service.
Due to the nature of the power event, restoral of the service needed to be coordinated to protect our staff and your server installation. Full power is back online and normal. We are in the process of restoring full network capacity. As this takes place your normal connectivity may be impacted.
We will update as the process is completed.
We apologize for this disruption and should have full normal operations restored soon.
