I Cancelled And You Are Still Billing Me

According to our Terms Of Service (TOS), that you agreed to, we require a 2 week notice when you cancel.

If you cancel with us and have a PayPal subscription, YOU MUST CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION WITH PAYPAL yourself.  As a courtesy, we usually try to do this, but if you only give us several  day's notice, it can't be done.  We apologize if you get charged for the next month, but you must give us 2 weeks notice to cancel.

Even after you cancel, there might be an outstanding invoice.  If you put in a ticket, we will look and will usually cancel it for you.
