You Double Billed Me

We ALWAYS send out invoices, weather or not you pay every month or are on an automatic subscription, just as a courtesy.

It clearly says in the invoice, that if you are on a subscriptiion, DON'T PAY THIS INVOICE.

It's really amazing how many people don't read this and double pay.

This is not our fault, it is yours. However, we will give you the money back for the double payment, if you put in a ticket.

And please, don't yell at us for this, it's your fault, not ours.
