What are your Support hours ?

We answer support tickets during our normal working hours, Monday - Saturday, 0800 hours - 1800 hours (pacific time).

We try to answer every support ticket within 4 hours of receiving it.

If there is a server issue, make sure that you check our Announcements section to see if the issue is known and / or if we are working on it:
