SC 13 Maintenance (Resolved)

  • BURSTNET™ Maintenance/Upgrade Advisory - Tuesday, July 14th, 2009 - 7AM-5PM EST WINDOW

    BurstNET™ Maintenance staff will be performing an electrical maintenance/upgrade in our Scranton facility during the hours of 7AM to 5PM EST on Tuesday, July 14th, 2009. At this time, BurstNET™ Maintenance will be replacing an older Powerware 9315-Series 160KVA UPS with a brand new 275KVA 9395-Series model, and the associated larger maintenance bypass, breakers, & wiring required for such.

SC1 down for new Disk Drive (Resolved)

  • SC1 has been taken down to put in a new disk drive .. we have to re-load on all mp3's and softwasre.  It should be back up in about 4 - 6 hours.

  • Our Data Center is replacing the bad drive on SC1 on Monday, March 30th.  Expect 2 to 4 hours of downtime.

    We apologize for this unexpected maintenance.

SC12 is down (Resolved)

  • SC12 has been hit by DdOS attacks and is down.

    We are workingn with the Data Center to get it back on line.

    We will update this when we have more information.

    UPDATE:

    Our Data Center, Fast-Serv, has informed us that they have taken us down to prevent any more DdOS attacks, which is affecting their other customers.  SC12 will not be back on-line.

    We are almost ready to move you to our new server.  Watch for an e-mail with the next 12 hours on what your new server is.

    We apologize for this, but Fast-Serv has taken this very unprofessional approach to resolving the issue.  We are pulling all servers away from Fast-Serv and will never recommend them ever again.
